We finance your contract, you deliver - involves financing of a client`s LPO at an agreed fee and commission. The facility is applicable to customers who normally trade with reputable companies with good credit rating.
Get financing up to 80% of the value of the LPO exclusive of VAT.
- Valid LPO from the government ministry or Parastatal, a reputable (blue chip) company, listed NGOs.
- Pro-forma invoice or quotation of items of purchase from the supplier
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Copy of proposed collateral for borrowings above Kshs. 500,000
- Valid business registration and permit documents
- Valuation report where applicable
- Latest 2 years` Company Audited accounts for amounts above 1.0 M
- List of past contracts completed � dates, amounts, etc
Repayment period is from 1 month to 12 months
